First-time Wingspan writer Cynthia Ramos Mendez wants to keep up with good grades and make sure she stays on track by studying.  Her parents always tell her to focus on school and nothing else.  She likes working, but her parents tell her not to work too much and concentrate in school instead. After graduation, Cynthia wants to go to college to become a nurse, doctor, or ultrasound tech. That has always been something Cynthia has wanted to accomplish after high school.
