Length of Skirt Gets Woman Kicked Off Plane

A woman travelling from Mumbai to Delhi was banned from boarding a flight because the airline staff insisted she was showing too much skin and was dressed inappropriately. The woman was supposedly travelling with her brother and may be an ex-staffer herself which asks the question: shouldn’t she know the dress code rules? Due to the issue with her clothes, three male workers from the airline IndiGo informed the woman that she needed to change her inappropriate skirt that really only fell to her knee. By the way girls are dressing in America nowadays, knee length would be considered too long by most woman, but the proper way to dress must be different in India. It was stated by a spokesperson for IndiGo that those who fly with the airline under the staff leisure travel privileges had to follow the dress code, though the code does not apply to the general public. After complaining to the staff about her clothes, the woman eventually ended up changing into pants and was put on a different flight.
