Snake Gets Lost on SEPTA

Snake Gets Lost on SEPTA

Michaella Ramnath, Staff Reporter

On October 19, many bus riders get a shock when they discover a 4-foot-long boa get loose on the bus. This caused a sudden evacuation on the bus. The pet owner Koron Riley, 26, said he had the snake draped around his neck and hidden under his jacket. The snake was found coiled under a seat. The SEPTA allows animals on their buses and trains as long as the animal is in a cage/container. No harm was done, but the police still haven’t decided whether or not to press charges.
