We need a push for police cars in the morning to drive around supervising when students are walking to school or walking to the bus stop. Some kids wake up as early as five in the morning to get prepared for school and have to walk or be at their bus stop sometime at six or seven. It’s not safe for high-schoolers to have to walk to their stop without any form of protection. We’re not allowed to have weapons,which is understandable,so we should be entitled to some type of protection. There’s been incidents in the past of people trying to abduct kids.So why isn’t anything being done about it? People in suspicious vehicles, like vans roam around in the morning and sometime they frighten kids. To prevent anything from happening we need a serious push for police cars. The presence of police cars is needed because of he dangers students can encounter walking to school.
