The Norristown Area School District is currently working with SEPTA in an attempt to get the stop along Whitehall Road restored. Many NASD students and families could benefit from having this local stop back up and running. Furthermore, the district believes that many NAHS students need this stop so that they can get to school on time and/or more actively participate in after-school and weekend activities.

In order to restore the stop, SEPTA must prove its’ necessity with data and evidence.  Therefore, NASD has taken to SurveyMonkey.com to gather this information and exhort SEPTA to provide service to this local stop once again.

The district is asking those residing in the district who may be effected by this complete the survey by September 30th, 2016 (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DSX7XRG).  The results of the survey will allow SEPTA to assess the need for the stop efficiently and plan accordingly.
