The organizers of the student summit would love to continue Unity Day and make it a Norristown Area High tradition. Mrs. Shahin and Mrs. Bartlett, the faculty sponsors who helped organized Unity Day, would like to expand it to a full day of more fun and spirit-filled events.

The NAHS Student Summit members will continue to run this event and look forward to work with other groups in the school such as UNIDAD and student council. The faculty sponsors say they are looking forward to gather help from other faculty members who wish to play a part in this day and its surrounding activities.  Unity Day was such a hit with the teacher dance they hope to make it a tradition and get more teachers involved.

As many NAHS students know, the seniors are gone so next fall the school will hold another summit and encourage more students through teacher nominations.
