Fire N Fresh is a new restaurant in West Norriton right across the street from the Trooper Diner. The menu seems small but is very broad once you figure it out. They serve soups, salads, sandwiches and most importantly pizzas. You can choose from any of those or, choose the 2 for 10 option and pick one thing from two categories just as Panera does. The difference is you can choose what you want on your pizza/salad/sandwich and or substitute things very easily. The portions are plentiful and the food is of good quality. The only issue with Fire N Fresh is the size, it is not very big and the tables are close to each other.  Otherwise it is a great new local eaterie to try out.
