Norristown freshman boy’s basketball is the starting point for boys to work hard and get better for next year’s junior varsity and varsity teams. It is apparent in their play that these boys are trying to make their mark on the court this year.

The freshmen basketball team went on a scoring spree on Wednesday, February 3 against Pope John Paul (PJP). The whole team, as one would say, always prevails time and time again. After a loss to the Spring Ford freshman basketball team, the Eagles were looking to let out some steam. At 9-1 the team was looking to still finish their season off hot and start another winning streak. The team started out pressing back PJP. The eagles got a huge lead by the second half, possibly because of that. During the third and fourth quarter the Eagles went on a scoring streak and pressured PJP on offense, in the end the Eagles won with a score of 75-31, keeping PJP from scoring any points in the fourth. In the end the freshman boy’s basketball team went out with a bang, keeping on their winning streak.
