Cole Messics is an eleventh grader whom broke his own personal swimming record, and it’s not the first time! Cole has been swimming since he was a little boy. He doesn’t have a trainer but he is on another team outside of school called the Wiptain Greens. He’s been on the swim team since freshman year and is the first from his family to be on a swim team. Cole enjoys competing , he says it’s his favorite part. He says it feels good to break your own record because it means you’re doing something right. He practices in the weight room.
