Most know Madame Shanin as the French teacher only, but there is more to her than you might know already. Most don’t know but she likes to get a little workout in at the gym after school. Also, she loves to contribute most of her time participating in events to help Latinos through Unidad. With her being a mother of two children she likes to attend events for her kids. Madame parts in several of clubs, these are Unidad, French club, charities for her gym called Olympics for the Lynn Phoma Society. Since she is the French teacher many know she’s been to France. She first went there with her family when she was 16 years old, the experience for her was awesome. It made her want to go back and really explore more since she had been learning about the culture in school. She may like the French culture, but her favorite food comes from the Chinese culture because she loves sushi. She loves to spend a lot of time with her kids, which are Alex 7 and Sophia 3, doing activities such as baseball, karate, dance and gymnastics. Some still wonder if Madame will be here in 10 years still teaching the wonderful language of French, well that is a yes and possibly being a counselor or coaching other teachers be more successful with their career. Madame Shanin is a great and lovely teacher you’ll be lucky to even meet her.
