With many worthy contestants to judge, the Wingspan staff awarded first prize to Diana Espinosa for her Velma costume (and apparent performance) and second prize to Ajahnay King for her hilarious Steve Harvey costume. This was the second year in a row the Wingspan hosted Halloween costume contest.
